Privacy policy

1. General

This policy follows Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of 27.07.2006 and explains what data is processed when you visit the portfolio site uxuidesign.ru (the “site”), why, and how it is protected.

The data controller is Maksim Koshcheev (the “operator”). Contact for personal data questions: v1122706@yandex.ru.

2. What data is processed

• Technical visit data — only if you accept cookies: cookie ID, IP address, browser and device details, pages viewed, referrer, on-page actions (clicks, scrolling) and session replay (Webvisor). This data is collected by Yandex Metrica.
• Data you provide yourself when you message the operator on Telegram, VK or by email: your name, contact details and the message.
• Hosting server logs: when any page is opened, the hosting provider automatically receives the IP address and browser details needed to deliver the page.

The site has no forms, sign-up or payments. No special categories of personal data or biometric data are processed.

3. Purposes

• anonymous visit statistics and site improvement;
• replying to messages and discussing possible cooperation.

4. Legal grounds

Statistics and cookies — your consent (Art. 6(1)(1) of 152-FZ), given with the “accept” button in the cookie notice. Correspondence — your consent expressed by sending a message, and steps to conclude a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(5) of 152-FZ).

5. Cookies and Yandex Metrica

Metrica is enabled only after you click “accept”. If you decline, the counter is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time with the “cookie settings” button at the bottom of the main page, or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Metrica data is processed by Yandex LLC (16 Lva Tolstogo St., Moscow) on behalf of the operator under its privacy policy. The operator sees only aggregated reports and session replays without visitor names.

6. Sharing with third parties

The operator does not sell or share your data with third parties except as described here or required by Russian law.

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., USA). Technical server-log data (IP address, browser details) is processed by the host to deliver pages — a cross-border transfer limited to what the site needs to work.

7. Retention

Statistics are kept for no longer than 2 years. Correspondence is kept until its purpose is achieved, but no longer than 3 years after the last message unless the law requires longer. Data is then deleted or anonymised.

8. Your rights

You may request information about the processing of your data, ask for it to be corrected, blocked or deleted, and withdraw your consent by writing to v1122706@yandex.ru. The operator replies within 10 working days. You may also contact Roskomnadzor or a court.

9. Security

The operator takes organisational and technical measures to protect data from unauthorised access: only the operator has access to statistics reports and correspondence, and the accounts are protected.

10. Changes

This policy may be updated. The current version is always available on this page.
